The document she shared shows that the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission has officially approved BlockShoals Technologies to launch financial product and service testing under its regulatory sandbox framework. BlockShoals will operate as a crypto asset intermediary model, allowing Philippine users to access selected products and services through its global crypto asset service provider partners. In the first phase of testing, BlockShoals will complete system integration with local virtual asset service providers within 90 days, then initiate user onboarding through global partner Binance, while complying with relevant safeguard measures and regulatory requirements.
