Techdollar completes $3 million Pre-Seed round, with participation from NoLimit Holdings and others

Odaily, Techdollar announced the completion of a $3 million Pre-Seed funding round, with participation from NoLimit Holdings, Reforge VC, as well as individual investors including Newmichwill, RoyLearner, and Ansem. The project operates a blockchain-based private credit platform that allows founders, employees, venture investors, and family offices to obtain loans using equity in private technology companies as collateral, without needing to sell their shares.
