Iran: Launch of Final Agreement Negotiations Depends on Implementation of Memorandum of Understanding
Odaily reported that Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Baghaei stated on June 30 that the timing and method for negotiations between Iran and the United States on the final agreement will be determined in the coming days, and the launch of related negotiations depends on the implementation of relevant provisions of the Iran-US Memorandum of Understanding. Baghaei said at a regular press conference that day that the prerequisite for initiating negotiations related to the final agreement is that relevant provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding have begun to be implemented and continue to be carried out. Baghaei noted that the implementation of some provisions in the Memorandum of Understanding has already begun and is progressing. Iran will assess the current progress in the coming days and, based on that, determine the timing and specific form of the final agreement negotiations. (Xinhua News Agency)
