SK Hynix Files Nasdaq Listing Application, Plans to Raise Up to $29 Billion via ADRs

Odaily reported on June 24 that SK Hynix has filed an application for listing on Nasdaq, planning to raise up to 45 trillion Korean won (approximately $29 billion) through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). The ADRs are scheduled to be listed in July, and the proceeds will be used to build factories in South Korea and purchase EUV equipment.
