Odaily reported that the Iranian military has announced that all vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz are only allowed to transit via the southern route of Larak Island. Previously, on the 28th, Iranian officials stated that vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz still need to coordinate with the Revolutionary Guard, and that the safest route for vessels entering the Persian Gulf is south of Hormuz Island, while vessels leaving the Persian Gulf should choose the southern route of Larak Island.
