The campaign is open to legal residents of 47 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., excluding users in Maryland, Nevada, and Utah. Participants must meet the legal adult age requirement. The campaign is void in prohibited regions.

It is understood that the World Cup knockout stage consists of 32 matches, with 30 matches still available for prediction.
