商务部：公布将20家日本实体列入出口管制管控名单

Odaily Planet Daily News According to the relevant laws and regulations of the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items of the People's Republic of China," in order to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it has been decided to list 20 Japanese entities, including the Defense Research Institute, which are involved in enhancing Japan's military capabilities, on the export control list and take the following measures: Prohibit export operators from exporting dual-use items to the aforementioned 20 entities; prohibit overseas organizations and individuals from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from the People's Republic of China to the aforementioned 20 entities; related activities currently underway shall be immediately halted. Under special circumstances where export is genuinely necessary, export operators shall apply to the Ministry of Commerce. (Jin Shi)
