Serenity: Schaeffler has partnered with approximately 45 humanoid robotics companies, theoretically covering about 50% of the BOM cost of humanoid robots

Odaily reported that Serenity posted on X, stating that Schaeffler AG is an "ideal example" of the automotive industry's foray into the humanoid robotics赛道. The company has a market cap of approximately €7.5 billion and has already partnered with around 45 humanoid robotics companies. Its business covers core components such as bearings, gearboxes, sensors/ECUs, actuators, and power electronics. Theoretically, it could account for about 50% of the BOM cost of humanoid robots. Despite this high potential penetration rate, it currently only expects to achieve revenue in the hundreds of millions of euros by 2030.
