Odaily Odaily reports that the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is reminding victims of the OneCoin international cryptocurrency investment scam that they can apply for compensation through a special program by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) before the June 30 deadline.
This process allows individuals who purchased OneCoin between 2014 and 2019 and suffered direct financial losses due to the OneCoin scheme to submit applications. Victims can submit their applications via mail, email, or an online form. Submitting an application does not guarantee financial compensation. The DOJ stated that OneCoin investors worldwide collectively lost over $4 billion.
