Bitget report: During earnings season, US stock futures trading volume increased by 4,468% quarter-over-quarter, with high-frequency investors executing an average of 51.7 trades per day.
Odaily Planet Daily reports that Bitget released a report on tokenized US stock trading trends during earnings season. Data shows a significant increase in trading activity for tokenized US stocks on the platform during the earnings season, from mid-October to the end of November, with spot and futures market trading volumes increasing by 452% and 4,468% respectively compared to the previous period. The report attributes this growth to three structural factors: the trading characteristics of tokenized assets, 24/7 accessibility, and diversified trading behavior from users in different regions.
In terms of geographical distribution, East Asian traders accounted for 39.66%, making them the main contributor, while users from Latin America, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe also showed active participation. Further analysis of trading behavior revealed that high-frequency traders executed an average of 51.7 trades per day, demonstrating significantly higher activity levels than selectively participating retail investors.
The futures market trading is concentrated in mega-tech stocks such as Tesla (TSLA), Meta Platforms (META), and MicroStrategy (MSTR), further confirming that in the tokenized US stock market, funds are rapidly flowing into high-profile blue-chip technology assets.
