Creditors with claims greater than $50,000:

If the payment had been received on May 30, the distribution would have been 5.7%;

If payment is not received by May 30, the distribution will be 78.2% (72.5% + 5.7%).

Creditors whose claims are less than $50,000 and who have not received payment previously will receive a 120.5% distribution.

U.S. creditors will receive a 40% distribution.

The total amount of this distribution accounts for 95% of the total claim amount.
