Odaily Planet Daily reported that African stablecoin payment financial company Kredete announced the completion of US$22 million in Series A financing, led by AfricInvest through its Cathay AfricInvest Innovation Fund (CAIF) and Financial Inclusion Vehicle, with participation from Partech and Polymorphic Capital. As of now, the company's total financing amount has reached US$24.75 million.

Kredete is dedicated to helping African immigrants improve their credit histories through stablecoin payments and credit-building services. The new funds will be used to support its expansion into Canada, the UK, and European markets. (Partechpartners)
