A recent survey by Odaily Planet Daily shows that the median annual salary for core developers maintaining and improving the Ethereum blockchain is approximately $140,000, while the median salary for developers who choose to switch jobs can reach as high as $300,000. Currently, there are approximately 200 to 300 core developers on Ethereum, of which approximately 190 are members of the protocol guild. By comparison, an entry-level employee at Coinbase earns approximately $150,000 in base annual salary, plus approximately $56,000 in stock and bonus incentives. (DL News)
