Odaily Planet Daily reported that Bitmain has filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to reclaim thousands of Bitcoin mining machines it hosted at Orb Energy, accusing the Texas company of misappropriating digital assets, blocking access and damaging equipment worth millions of dollars.

In an emergency motion filed on August 27, Bitmain argued that Orb Energy's 2,700 Antminer servers at its Van Vleck facility remain Bitmain's property under a managed sales agreement and should not be included in Orb's bankruptcy assets. (Theminermag)
