According to official news from Odaily Planet Daily, Ethereum treasury company ETHZilla announced that it has reached an over-the-counter transaction with Cumberland to obtain up to US$80 million in financing. The net proceeds will be used to repurchase the company's shares. Previously, ETHZilla had repurchased 2.2 million shares of the company's stock at an average price of US$2.50.
