According to Caixin.com, a senior digital asset investor who wishes to remain anonymous told Caixin that while Hong Kong-listed Digital Asset Treasuries (DATs) are a viable option, communication with Hong Kong regulators revealed that Hong Kong's approval of this direction is low, and market participants may need to lobby local regulators.
