Revenue came in at $1.5 billion, below analysts' expectations of $1.59 billion and up from $1.45 billion in the same period last year. Trading revenue was $764.3 million, below the expected $814 million. Coinbase reported that a data breach cost the company $307 million. The company increased its holdings of 2,509 BTC in the second quarter and stated it was purchasing more.
