According to Odaily Planet Daily, Canadian cybercriminal Cameron Albert Redman has been sentenced to one year in prison for committing a social media account hijacking scam. Throughout 2022, Redman and his accomplices hacked into digital artist X's account, posted fake raffle links, and tricked users into authorizing transactions. Victims unknowingly granted the attackers access to their crypto wallets, resulting in the theft of their NFTs and cryptocurrencies.
