Trump said that given the executive's advanced age, it was reasonable for him to testify in court early. Trump's lawyers said in a court filing on Monday that Murdoch should be asked to answer preliminary questions so that these questions can be left for trial, even though the lawsuit was filed only last week. According to the documents, Murdoch, 94, has experienced "multiple health problems" in his life and recently had a health crisis. Murdoch reportedly fainted while having breakfast with an executive in London earlier this year.
