Economist: Bitcoin is not digital gold, but more like a risky asset

Odaily News Gold advocate and economist Peter Schiff wrote on X platform, "Today, both US stock index futures and the US dollar were sold off. But gold and Bitcoin once again showed opposite trends. Gold behaved like a safe haven asset, rising by about 1%. Bitcoin traded like a risky asset, falling by about 2%. Obviously, Bitcoin is not digital gold."
