Kraken Completes Acquisition of Futures Trading Platform NinjaTrader, Q1 Revenue Increases 19%

Odaily News Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken has completed the acquisition of NinjaTrader, a futures broker registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and reported a 19% year-on-year increase in revenue in the first quarter to $471.7 million. The acquisition of NinjaTrader will enable Kraken's U.S. customers to enter the traditional derivatives market, in line with its plan to expand its product range and become the preferred platform for all types of transactions.
