Odaily News U.S. prosecutors submitted a letter to a district judge on Tuesday, recommending that Mango Markets attacker Avi Eisenberg be sentenced to 78 to 97 months (about 6.5-8 years) in prison. Eisenberg previously claimed that his actions were a legal trading strategy, but prosecutors believed that he knew that these actions were illegal. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 1.
