Analysis: Crypto investors shift funds to stablecoins and RWA assets as Trump tariffs raise market uncertainty concerns

2025-03-31 12:01

Odaily News Cryptocurrency investors are increasingly turning capital to stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) to avoid market volatility ahead of U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariff announcement, expected on April 2.
IntoTheBlock wrote in a March 31 tweet: “In the current uncertain market environment, stablecoins and RWAs continue to steadily attract capital inflows and become safe havens. However, because these assets are stored on-chain, even slight changes in sentiment can trigger significant price fluctuations due to the low threshold for real-time reallocation of capital.” (Cointelegraph)
