Odaily News Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett wrote on the X platform that crypto derivatives exchange Bitnomial plans to drop its lawsuit against the U.S. SEC, which it sued in October last year on the grounds that the agency claimed that it had jurisdiction over Bitnomial's planned $XRP futures contracts. In addition, Bitnomial is expected to launch XRP futures contracts tomorrow with the approval of the CFTC.
