Odaily News According to Protos, the hearing of Terra founder Do Kwon has been postponed for a month because the US government submitted a large amount of new evidence that needs to be reviewed. The case status conference originally scheduled for March 10 has been postponed to April 10 by the New York District Court. The court agreed to the US government's written request to "give the defense time to review a large amount of evidence." Despite the postponement of the hearing, the final trial is still scheduled for January 26, 2026.
As previously reported, the deadline for victims of the Terra stablecoin collapse to file claims for losses is April 30.
