Cronos: Plans to reissue 70 billion destroyed tokens to support strategic reserve plan

Odaily News Cronos, the strategic public chain project supporting Crypto.com, said that 70 billion CROs were destroyed in 2021, and now it is proposed to reissue an equal amount of tokens on Cronos POS and deposit them in the Cronos Strategic Reserve Custody Wallet to restore the total supply to the original 100 billion to support the "Cronos Strategic Reserve". The CRO in the Strategic Reserve Custody Wallet will be unlocked for an additional 5 years in addition to the initial 5-year unlocking period, bringing the total unlocking period to 10 years, with linear release every month.
