Blockchain.com appoints former Goldman Sachs exec Justin Evans as CFO as it prepares for IPO

Odaily News Blockchain.com appointed former Goldman Sachs crypto investment bank head Justin Evans as chief financial officer and former Point72 Asset Management investment manager Mike Wilcox as chief operating officer. Mike Wilcox previously served as chief financial officer of Velocity Global. The appointment is to further advance the IPO plan. Justin Evans said the company is taking the necessary steps to prepare for the listing.
It is reported that several cryptocurrency companies are considering going public, including Circle, Kraken, Bullish Global (CoinDesk's parent company), Gemini, Ripple and BitGo. (Coindesk)
