Odaily News Japan’s SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated has announced plans to purchase 1 billion yen ($6.7 million) worth of Bitcoin as part of a long-term strategy aimed at asset diversification and inflation hedging.
The company believes that investing in Bitcoin is consistent with its goal of building a solid financial foundation and adapting to changing macroeconomic conditions. SBC Medical's holding company in the United States will execute the acquisition through Coinbase.
