Deribit BTC block options buy $105,000 call options at the end of June and sell $120,000 call options

Odaily News Lin Chen, head of Asia-Pacific business at Deribit, said in a post on X that the largest BTC option today was: a user bought a $105,000 call option at the end of June and sold a $120,000 call option for the same period, totaling 100 BTC on one side and paying a premium of $541,000.
