Bitget report: 92.28% of respondents read white papers before trading

Odaily News On the 16th anniversary of the release of the Bitcoin white paper, Bitget launched a survey on the importance of white papers in the crypto community. Survey data showed that among the 5,923 participants, 92.28% said they would carefully read the project's white paper before making a transaction, indicating that technical documents are still crucial for most users. Further data showed that 99.43% of respondents believed that white papers were necessary, emphasizing their continued relevance in establishing the credibility of projects and clarifying basic principles. The survey also found that opinion leaders (KOLs) in the crypto field dominate in influencing trading decisions. Among the respondents who do not read white papers frequently, 86.51% rely on KOL recommendations, while only a few turn to research institutions or personal networks for information. For many years, white papers have been regarded as important documents for understanding blockchain projects and strategic development. However, with the rapid development of the crypto field, in addition to reading white papers, more and more investors have begun to pay attention to factors such as market trends, project performance and practical applications.
