Former Celsius CEO to return to court on November 13

Odaily News Former Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky will return to court on November 13 to make oral arguments on his motion to dismiss charges of fraud and market manipulation. Mashinsky was arrested in July 2023 and faces seven felony charges related to manipulating the price of Celsius’s token, CEL.
