Bloomberg ETF analyst: SEC is likely to delay ETF applications again

Three Bitcoin spot ETFs will reach the application deadline on November 21st and November 17th. James Seyffart said, It is very possible that we will see a delayed order from the SEC. But the delay will not change our view, and the probability of 19b-4 being approved before January 10, 2024 is 90%.
