Bank of America survey: A vast majority of investors expect a soft landing for the economy in 2024

Odaily News Bank of Americas monthly survey of global fund managers shows that investors remain cautious about the macroeconomic outlook, but expect a soft landing in 2024, with interest rates falling and the dollar weakening. Investors expect global economic growth to slow, but 74% predict a soft landing or no landing at all, up from 64% last month, the survey showed. 21% of investors predict a hard landing, down from 30% in October. Two-thirds of investors believe a soft landing is the basic situation for the global economy in 2024. (Golden Ten)
