Yuanbi Technology was founded by Chen Delin, the former president of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. It has obtained a stored value facility (SVF) license from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. Its five major shareholders include ZhongAn Digital Asset Group and HashKey Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of ZhongAn Online.
