ARK Invest modifies Bitcoin spot ETF application materials, or prompts it to get approval opportunity ahead of BlackRock.

Odaily News: Bloomberg's senior ETF analyst, Eric Balchunas, tweeted that ARK Invest has revised its 19b-4 filing for a Bitcoin spot ETF. Similar to BlackRock's approach, ARK Invest's revision introduces a supervisory sharing agreement between the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and a prominent cryptocurrency exchange (possibly Coinbase).



Since ARK Invest's Bitcoin spot ETF application was filed earlier than BlackRock's, this revision may put them in a leading position for approval by the SEC.
