Iran's Supreme National Security Council: The Strait Will Not Be Reopened Unless the US Accepts Iran's Conditions
Odaily Planet Daily News: The Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Rezaei, issued a statement: "The United States is the creator of insecurity in the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, and the Gulf of Oman, and has endangered the entire region by imposing an illegal war on Iran. The Strait of Hormuz will not be reopened unless the US changes its behavior and accepts Iran's conditions. The US must end the war, release the frozen Iranian funds, and all wars in the entire region, including in Lebanon and Gaza, must come to an end. In addition, other conditions communicated to the US side via intermediaries must also be met. If Iran and Oman reach an agreement on transit routes through the Strait of Hormuz, that agreement will be handled separately from the issue of the strait's closure." (Jin Shi)
