Ripple launches Delta One business to enter the stock trading market, bridging traditional and digital assets
Odaily News: Ripple's institutional brokerage division, Ripple Prime, has officially launched its Delta One business, marking its first expansion into the stock trading sector and further broadening its range of traditional finance and digital asset services for institutional investors.
Noel Kimmel, President of Ripple Prime, said the new business allows investors to execute total return swap (Total Return Swap) trades on U.S.-listed stocks, indices, and digital assets, serving institutional clients such as hedge funds, market makers, and ETF issuers.
This move marks Ripple's further expansion from crypto asset services into traditional financial markets. Through the Delta One product, Ripple Prime aims to provide institutional investors with an integrated trading channel covering stocks, indices, and digital assets, strengthening its competitiveness at the intersection of digital assets and traditional capital markets.
