Odaily News: South Korean AI startup Wrtn Technologies has announced the completion of a Series C funding round of approximately 100 billion KRW (about $72.32 million), with a post-investment valuation of 1.2 trillion KRW (about $870 million). The round saw participation from Coreline Ventures, Eugene Asset Management, Goodwater Capital, Antler Global, Woori Venture Partners, Sui Generis Partners, the Korea Development Bank, and Capstone Partners. The company has built a platform that allows users to create or enter fictional worlds and interact with AI characters. The new funds will be used to accelerate global market expansion. (Bloomberg)
