Odaily News: Japan's SoftBank Group plans to issue 1 trillion yen (approximately $6.29 billion) in seven-year corporate bonds targeted at individual investors. The bonds have a provisional coupon rate range of 4.3% to 4.9%. This issuance will be the largest bond sale in SoftBank's history, nearly double its previous record. SoftBank is expected to announce the final terms on September 4.
