Odaily News The offering proposes to issue 4,285,715 common shares at a price of $7 per share, with expected total gross proceeds of approximately $30 million. After deducting underwriting and related fees, the net proceeds will be approximately $27 million. Bitari Inc. is responsible for building and operating the physical infrastructure required for Bitcoin mining. Its core facility is currently a 20-megawatt operational mining site located in Wheeler, Texas.
