Odaily News: This issuance was conducted by Ripple Prime, Ripple's non-bank prime brokerage arm, with proceeds to be used for working capital and U.S. business expansion. KBRA assigned the notes a BBB investment-grade rating. Ripple Prime plans to further expand multi-asset clearing, financing, and prime brokerage services.
