In the past two hours, the SIREN market manipulator (0x58B...4d06, 0x644...5A48) transferred 1.324 billion XPIN worth $1.71 million to Binance Alpha; subsequently, XPIN fell from $0.0017 to $0.0012, a decline of 29%.
