Odaily News: Although Ocean mining pool supports BIP-110, miners using the pool's DATUM protocol, Simple Mining, still refuse to signal support and have mined block height 961,634 on the Bitcoin main chain.
BIP-110 has received a hash rate support rate of approximately 2.6%, far below the 55% threshold it seeks. The proposal aims to limit non-financial data in transactions within one year.
After BIP-110 nodes began rejecting blocks without a support signal at height 961,632, the fork chain stalled after producing only 2 blocks; the Bitcoin main chain has since led the fork chain by more than 200 blocks. (CoinDesk)
