Odaily News: After 9 months of silence, the X account of renowned artist and Pepe creator Matt Furie became active again in early August, posting content and contract addresses related to HOODRAT, DORK, and BOYZ within a single week. Most of these posts were subsequently deleted. On August 9, the account posted stating that it had been hacked, did not endorse any altcoins, and claimed that relevant notice text had previously existed on his official website. On-chain analyst @StandartXBT stated that after the HOODRAT-related post was published, the token's market cap rapidly rose before the price declined; after DORK was deployed, the deployer completed bundled purchases, removed liquidity, and sold, obtaining significant ETH profits from the initial capital. @StandartXBT discovered through web archives that the relevant notice text had not previously appeared on Matt Furie's official website, nor were any traces found on the X platform, leading him to question the credibility of the statement.
