Kalshi partners with compliance tech firm Comply to combat insider trading in prediction markets

Odaily Planet Daily News Prediction market platform Kalshi has announced a partnership with compliance technology firm Comply to provide enterprise clients with prediction market trading monitoring and compliance management tools. Comply will integrate prediction market trading data from Kalshi into its regulatory software system. Enterprises using Comply's services will be able to view employee trading activity on event contracts to ensure employees adhere to company trading policies and avoid trading on material non-public information (MNPI). This compliance capability will also cover perpetual futures contracts launched by Kalshi in the future. (CNBC)
