Michael Saylor reiterates that he has not sold any Bitcoin: Strategy is a public company, and its BTC buys and sells are unrelated to his personal holdings
Odaily Planet Daily News: Michael Saylor stated that he has never sold any Bitcoin and reiterated his stance of holding BTC long-term. Saylor said on social media: "When I say 'never sell your Bitcoin,' I am saying this as a saver to another saver. I have never sold my own Bitcoin, not even a single sat."
He emphasized that Strategy is a public company, not his personal wallet. Since 2020, the company has disclosed that it may buy or sell BTC based on capital management needs, but this does not affect his belief in Bitcoin's long-term value.
Saylor said that the Bitcoin conviction shared by the company and individual investors "has not changed." Strategy has used Bitcoin as its primary reserve asset since 2020 and remains one of the largest public companies holding BTC globally.
This response addresses recent market discussions about adjustments to corporate Bitcoin holdings strategies. Saylor attempted to emphasize the distinction between an individual's long-term holding philosophy and a public company's asset management based on financial needs.
