CZ stated that protecting the wallet backup seed phrase is an extremely challenging task. The seed phrase must not be seen by others, as it could be copied or exploited; it must also be protected from accidental damage such as fire or floods, and measures must be taken to prevent hackers from gaining access. More importantly, users themselves must not lose the seed phrase.
