Strategy CEO: Raising STRC Rates Is Not an Effective Means to Restore Parity, Plans to Maintain Rates at 12%

Our current plan is to keep the rate at 12%. Of course, we can also repurchase STRC, and as everyone has seen, we have already begun working on that."
