Odaily Planet Daily News: Lawyer Daniel Wallach posted on Platform X that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit denied Kalshi's motion to stay enforcement of the New York State gambling law during the appeal. The New York Attorney General can now seek injunctive relief and disgorgement of illegal gains against Kalshi in the New York County Supreme Court.
