韩国金融委员会完成数字资产框架法案草案，或纳入AI Agent支付

Odaily Planet Daily News: The Korean Financial Services Commission has announced the completion of the draft of the Digital Asset Framework Act, with only a few matters remaining to be coordinated. With the second half of the National Assembly's agenda confirmed, the legislative process will be accelerated as much as possible. It is reported that South Korea is considering incorporating legal grounds related to AI Agent payments into the Digital Asset Framework Act to prepare for the future where AI becomes the main entity for small, frequent payments. Recommendations include providing legal authorization for establishing a regulatory framework for AI Agent payments covering customer identity verification, division of payment liability, foreign exchange reporting for cross-border transactions, and programmable payment standards.
